Save The River's 12th Annual Rock for the River

Rock for the River is a one of a kind concert created by Thousand Islands resident and musician and Save The River supporter Jay Nash. For more than 10 years, Jay has lead a special River loving group of recording artists from around the country along with local musicians in a night of great music at the Clayton Opera House.

Each year Rock is a unique and memorable musical experience for the capacity crowd of over 500.

Founded in 1978, Save The River is a non-profit, member-supported environmental organization whose mission is to restore, preserve and protect the ecological integrity of the Upper St. Lawrence River through advocacy, education and research. Since 2004 Save The River has been a member of the Waterkeeper Alliance as the Upper St. Lawrence Riverkeeper.

The Waterkeeper Alliance is the world’s fastest growing environmental movement, with more than 200 local Waterkeepers patrolling rivers, lakes and coastal waterways on 6 continents.
