Emma grew up in Potsdam, New York and summered at her grandparents house on Thousand Island Park before leaving the area to pursue her undergrad degree at Boston University. After interning with Save The River summer 2023 and graduating spring of 2024 with her Bachelors of Science degree in Film & Television and a minor in Earth and Environmental Sciences, Emma was asked to return to Save The River full-time. As a 5th-generation river resident, she is overjoyed to be working for the coolest organization on the River. In her free time, Emma enjoys bushwhack-paddles, meditating, and filming wildlife on her walks in the woods.
