June 14, 2025 by STR_Admin

STR’s Floating Classrooms offer K-12 students the chance to learn all about the St. Lawrence River ecosystem through a variety of lessons and activities during the summer months.

Guest presentations include the Thousand Islands Biological Station, SLELO-PRISM, the Minna Anthony Common Nature Center, and the US Coast Guard. Thanks to partners like Clayton Island Tours and the Antique Boat Museum, students will see the River from guided field trip boats.

Registration is $10 per student and camps run from 9AM to 3:30PM. Four camp days have been scheduled with different programming for students grades 1-5 and those in middle and high school.
