STR is looking for a driven communications specialist to take on the Outreach Coordinator Position starting September 2025.
“This is honestly the coolest job on the River,” current Outreach Coordinator Emma French said. “If you’re good at designing websites, writing effectively, and love talking to people then this is definitely the job for you.”
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for all STR communications, including press releases, social media, website updates, and annual publications like the River Watch Magazine and Calendar.
They are also responsible for working with the Program and Education Coordinators to announce events, promoting Save The River’s mission at tabling events, and explaining scientific research and political legislation to the public.
STR is accepting applications until the position is filled.
