While growing up in Chicago, Bridget looked forward to summers spent on the River with her family whose history is rooted in Thousand Island Park. After earning her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Bridget worked in Business Development and Marketing in Chicago. In 2006, she relocated permanently to the Thousand Islands to be near family and the River she now calls home. In 2010, Bridget joined the staff of Save The River. Advocating for the River is not just her professional mission but her personal one as well.
