Save The River is a non-profit, member-based environmental organization whose mission is to preserve and protect the ecological integrity of the Upper St. Lawrence River through advocacy, education and research.

Save The River holds an annual Smallmouth Bass Catch & Release Photo Contest to celebrate young, local anglers working to protect our St. Lawrence Bass populations.

Anyone is free to enter. The only requirements are that you demonstrate proper handling of the bass, successfully release it back into the water, and snap a picture that we can share on social media!

Anglers who submit to the contest will receive a small prize to commemorate their catch & release efforts.
