Sunken Rock Lighthouse Photo Raffle

Our 2021-2022 raffle

You are here: Home / River Watch Fall 2021 / Sunken Rock Lighthouse Photo Raffle

November 16, 2021 by STR_Admin

Save The River is proud to offer this photograph by David Zapatka as our winter/spring raffle item. This one of a kind image of Sunken Rock Lighthouse with shooting star would be the perfect addition for your home or cottage!

In May this year John Peach was able to take David on the river to photograph Rock Island Lighthouse. Click here to view what David was able to capture that night.

About the photographer:
David is a volunteer photographer for the United States Lighthouse Society’s USA Stars & Lights. The project was started in 2013 shooting Southern New England lighthouses from a time seldom photographed–at night. It has now expanded to more than 175 lighthouses in 17 states, with plans to continue capturing as many as possible before too many more are divested by the government and turned off. The complete gallery can be seen at www.starsandlighthouses.com.

Purchase your raffle tickets to win this beautiful photograph – the winner will be drawn on June 1, 2022!
